CURTIS SATTISON
Founder, Owner's Representative, Lifelong Builder
Curtis didn’t just choose a career in development and construction — he was born into it. Raised in a construction family, he was marking up blueprints and walking job sites before most kids were riding bikes without training wheels. That early start sparked a lifelong passion for building with purpose — and over two decades later, he’s still doing just that.With more than 20 years of experience, Curtis brings a rare, full-spectrum understanding of the development and construction world. He’s worked across Indiana, Colorado, Texas, Missouri, and Florida, leading projects in nearly every setting imaginable — from towering residential high-rises to community-driven mixed-use spaces like retail and restaurants.
